Eats-A-Date!: Apulit Island Getaway Day 2 - Island Hopping at Nabat Island and Isla Blanca

Good Morning everyone!
Welcome to Day 2 of our grand Palawan escapade! The sun is up and the breeze is ever so perfect! Frank and I are so excited with what's in store for us. We're so ready with today's surprises! We're not good with plans but surprisingly, we both manage to make any situation a very happy one no matter where we may be.

we had a hearty breakfast with lots of healthy stuff. I had shitake and spinach omelet

I remember eating the sardines! I love fish!

when I was young, we used to have breakfast at our garden patio. this is such a great way to start the day!

may it be eating while in the bus, at a corner seated on the floor or a candlelight dinner.... nothing beats dining with Frank!

8:45am we were asked to feed the fishes at the dock while waiting for our 1st Island trip to Nabat Island!

weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! This is the life!

We had a lot of fun that we got to know a group of big time travel agents! They seem to like us a lot and even invited us to have a beach lunch with them! We truly feel honored!This is one of the rewards of traveling.... apart from the places you see and experience...you also get to meet people from different walks of life. We dunno what they saw in us, but we truly feel blessed to have met them!

the tourists got envious of my looks so they asked our guide to make towel headdresses as well! I'm officially a trendsetter!

after that lovely beach lunch, we went back to our cottage to rest a while

at 2pm, we then again hopped the boat for our 2nd island destination... Isla Blanca

a very friendly dog suddenly approached us... I have this thing with animals

he just started licking my face...soooo sweet!

maybe they do see something in me.... it's nice to know that even animals can feel my vibe

before having dinner, we passed by the souvenir shop to take photos for you to see!

we dined outside again! It was our last night so we made sure it was lovely!

We always have to take photos of what we eat.... it's automatic for us! Nerds?? hihihi

we usually have dinner for at least 3 hours!! hihihihihi we don't mind! time flies!

Frank looking really comfy now....

we always save room for dessert =) waaaaaahh gained 5lbs again! ahuhuhuhuhu

..and because we couldn't get enough of that wonderful night, we've decided to check out the bar and grab some drinks. The night was made extra special when we saw that we topped the 1st round of the Sooo Pinoy Search for the Ultimate Food Blogger! Two lucky nut-heads! Hooooray!!!
